  The store is clean and very well organized. It's easy to find an item on their website and go straight to the shelf where it is located. Wish they had a location closer to my house.

  Last night my wife and I went to inquire about some vinyl fencing. First we spoke with Raoul who directed us to isle 49 and said that he was sending someone to help us. No one came. Then we found Elias who nicely informed us that he does not know much about vinyl fencing but to give him our names and telephone numbers and we will be called today (the 8th of September). Which of course we did. No one called. I called today the store and was transferred to someone who was with a customer and who said that he will call us within 15-20 minutes. No one called for close to two hours. I called again and was transferred to fencing. No one picked up. I called again and was transferred to fencing but the line turned to busy signal. I called again and requested to talk to the manager of the store. The phone rang, rang, range - no one picked up. And then the line turned to busy signal. The service is terrible and no one seems to care. However, I have been coming to the store for years and have always enjoyed personal service and competent guidance. What shall one do?????????????????

  This particular location used to be one of my favorite places to browse in shop today my visit was a total disaster. I couldn't get anyone to help me and when I did they miss directed me I spent approximately 40 minutes trying to find the item I wanted let alone find someone to help me. Management better pay attention there's a lot of other places to shop. I finally called a friend who purchased the same product that I was looking for and he directed me to the exact location. The person in gardening didn't even know her merchandise. This visit was a total disaster and I'm being generous by giving it one star
