  Nobody in the store knows what they're doing all they're doing is walking around with a finger up their nose the store manager doesn't know crap about Auto Parts I don't even know what who they hired a bunch of monkeys

  This is the worst place to shop. they will give you a wrong item after you confirmed it to them what you want. charged you for something different( so check your receipt always, even when your too busy for something) horrible just horrible especially the Manager Miguel Big Dude with small brain. not even close to being a professional, customer service is very poor. he will charge you for battery exchange first then will refund so your exchange then the actual exchange would look seem to be free. person is horrible talking in person, kept on talking and not even listening. then i talked to him over the phone the next day regarding the exchange fee, he still very aggressive , then hang up on me, (classic) then i called again and asked him why would you do that ? he said he was busy. unbelievable! but to cut the story short after a long arguementation over the phone he said just come over the store and will refund the money on the fee we were battling with. and this guys thinks acts like a manager , not even close. so i cameback to the store to return some items that i wasnt able to use and hoping he would also initiate to return the fee ad he adviced me. but he didnt. complete bullshitter! and said have a good day while i was walking myself through the door. so i just left shaking my head and let it go. complete BS Talk . he say stuffs then he wont do it , i dont know why he became the manager and also as customer service at the counter that he dont really understand what the job description means . i aint going back there. just bad experience.
