  The sales experience was OK, but delivery and installation were a nightmare. I am 54 years old and have owned several houses, units, apartments, etc. This was by far the worse, most time consuming and stressful appliance delivery and installation ever. Day 1: delivered new high end fridge to beach house. Had been promised high end delivery and installation company would do it, but RSSA changed them out at the last minute and set the third string guys. They took out old sub-zero fridge (still working) , then said they could not install the new fridge because it was too heavy, and could not put the subzero back in. OK, so no fridge for a day, but they would be back in the morning with 3 guys to finish it off. Day 2: Three guys show up, cannot seem to lift or install the fridge. Total clowns. They say the A-team will come by the next day to install. No fridge for a second day with guests arriving at the house. Day 3: The so called A-team guys show up without an ice maker installation kit, even though it was on the sales invoice as included. These guys get the fridge installed in around 3 hours, with ONLY minor wall and cabinet damage.
