  I walked in and signed in. Agents walking in and out of office door. Waited 30 minutes. I was gone. Imagine, I was there to look at iphones, buy, get out. If this is face to face service, what happens when I really need help. Forget about it! I'll try a different store, 2nd chance.

  Terrible service!! Rep Jacob was very rude, just cared about making a sale, but could care less about being helpful or considerate. Will not return to this store!!!!
