Sales person Cameron Leon mislead me about most of the things he said to me. The price on a new tablet was not truthfully divulged until he rang it up for $299.00. He just told me I was getting a free upgrade because my LG was malfunctiong and contract was up on it. I believed him because my LG was free as part of a promo package at Costco. In addiction, Cameron told me if I bought the highest grade Tablet Glass Cover and it got damaged the Verizon Store would replace it for free. This wasn't true according to his boss. When I returned to the Verizon Store a little over 30 days later because the Samsung Tablet E was taking terrible videos with distorted color in a dimly lite room, Camron said there was no exchange. He said that if I wanted to pay a 20% restocking fee and buy a Apple tablet he would make the deal. Otherwise there was no return so I am stuck with a Samsung Tablet that doesn't work as well as my LG Tablet. Cameron was so polite, smooth, and low keyed during the initial sale and even when I returned the second time with a complaint. It is difficult to get angry at a person like this so i left the store. Now I know why the male customer was yelling and carrying on while I was in the store the first time. He was also angry at one of the salesmen like me. In addiction, Cameron had stronghly recommended decreasing my Verizon internet GB service to help me pay less every month. He said i wasn't using that many GB's. But because of him doing this, I ran out of internet time the following month. I had to call Verizon to restore my old internet services because it goes into an extremely slow speed when you run out. Now I can't blame the salesman Cameron for everything. I should have been smarter and known how sales people work. I don't like playing games so I will never return to this Verizon Store. I will shop at Costco for my next phone or tablet where the salesmen treat the customers with dignity and respect by being truthful and allowing them to return malfunctioning equipment.

Ask for Freddie Pepper. (What a cool name!!) He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. His Manager Justin was also available for any questions or concerns during the entire transaction. Thank you team! Definitely coming back here!
